I have tried a number of these massage balls and most of them are weak and flimsy. This product is high quality, powerful and quiet. It works really well especially on my feet. I can step on this and the vibrations help my sore feet by increasing circulation and significantly reducing pain. Amazing product!

Sturdy, well-made, works as described

This is an amazing and sturdy little ball. Plug it in to charge it up (mine seemed to be nearly charged already), then turn it on and go! It has only one button to do all the functions. Holding for five seconds turns it on and off. Giving it a short press will toggle between the different settings. I've only used the slowest setting (green) which seems to be quite powerful as is. Medium and high are insanely crazy and I don't know how anyone could use those settings without your teeth coming loose LOL. I first tried it on my back while sitting on the couch. The tighter I pressed (leaned back) on it, the more it shook me to the bone, so this is really strong! I haven't tried on the wall, but I suppose that would give you more mobility for rocking it around your whole back, instead of sitting in place where you can't roll it around as easily. After getting over the learning curve, I think we'll find this to be a really useful tool for tight muscles
