Nobol PhysioGo Under Desk Bike Trainer for Seniors & Adult

After one use I could tell my legs were not as stiff and didn't hurt when I went to bed. I just can't go for very long yet and I'm glad it reverses because I can only go backwards. I feel it was the right purchase for me.

My elderly mother fell and fractured her hip. I wanted something to improve recovery and pt recommended a chair eliptical vs a bike as easier on knees and back. . I looked at multiple ones and decided on the Nobol. My mother received it and she loves it and uses it 2-3 times a day. It did make some clicking of wheel on the plastic frame but I put a piece of soft adhesive Velcro in the slot and it is totally quiet now. I like that it can be used manually and also can be motorized. She feels it is really helping her. Paige customer service was a big help.

This is actually one of two Nobol "Under Desk Leg Exercisers" our family, two different households, has purchased, for family members we felt would benefit from it, due to different health issues, and we love it. For anyone who has questions about it, please read and believe the potential benefits on the website. Stimulating blood flow, which is so important, and this product allows people who have had strokes and aren't able to get out and walk or can't walk very far, as well as people with cardiac issues and a multitude of other issues, as well as strengthening the legs, to get beneficial exercise! Wow, think about that! Strengthening and keeping your legs moving, until you have healed enough to take a nice walk in your yard or your favorite park, from the comfort of your home or at work.
I think every Nursing Facility/PT department should have at least two of these!!!
