30-Day Return Policy

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund to your original payment method.
• Request return by emailing cs@nobol.com with your order number.
• A return label will be provided for return requests from customers within the U.S. (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
• The item must be returned in its original condition, along with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any other materials that were included in the original shipment. All components should be undamaged and in working order to be eligible for a return or exchange.
• For international purchases and purchases made during promotions, returns and shipping costs are not covered or reimbursed.

Refunds

• A refund will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
• You will be notified via email when the refund has been processed
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Third-Party Purchases

• Returns must be processed through the respective retailer if purchased from a third party.
• Returns will ONLY be accepted if the product was purchased at Nobol.com.
