Warranty Terms
- Dommages causés par accident, abus, mauvaise manipulation ou transport.
- Unités sorties des États-Unis.
- Unités soumises à une réparation non autorisée.
- Dommages dépassant le coût du produit.
- Détérioration du produit livré résultant de conditions anormales de stockage et/ou de conservation chez le client.
- Produits démontés ou réparés par une personne autre qu'un représentant de service autorisé.
- Défaut de fournir la preuve d'achat datée et le numéro de série sur votre appareil.
- Produits achetés auprès d'un revendeur non agréé.
- Veuillez ne pas essayer de réparer l'appareil vous-même, car cela annulera votre garantie.
PhysioPedal Specific: Your PhysioPedal includes a warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. In the event of any such defect occurring during the warranty period, Nobol will, at its option, either:
- Correct the defect by repairing or replacing the applicable part or component that fails as a result of such defect, without charge for parts and labor; or
- Replace the product with one of the same or then current design.
This warranty excludes:
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Products/accessories not used in accordance with the user manual
- Products that are misused or modified in any way
- Products repaired by the user or anyone other than an authorized service representative of Nobol
- Products that are dropped or damaged due to user error
- Use of unauthorized non-Nobol chargers
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport
- Damage exceeding the cost of the product
- Failure to provide the dated proof of purchase and serial number on your device
- Units not used in accordance with Nobol care instructions
- Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the client’s premises
- Products purchased from an unauthorized retailer
- Units taken out of the US
This Nobol Warranty (“Warranty”) sets forth the rights and responsibilities between Nobol and the end-user purchaser ("You" or "Customer") concerning the product(s) you have purchased directly from us and our authorized resellers. We encourage you to review this Warranty thoroughly to understand the terms and conditions under which your product is covered.
Should you have any questions or require assistance, our Customer Service team can provide support and guidance. Please note that by using a Nobol product, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Warranty.

- Nobol Order Number or copy of Proof of Purchase
- Product Serial Number
- Image or Video of the product issue
- Name and Shipping Address
Note: We will not cover shipping costs for sending the unit back to Nobol for warranty service on purchases made through third-party resellers or during promotional periods. However, we will cover the shipping cost for sending the unit back to you.
All Warranty services must be authorized and performed by Nobol or a service provider expressly authorized by Nobol.
