Refund & Shipping Policy
Returns:
- 30-day return policy for a full refund based on the original payment method.
- Free shipping and returns for the US (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
- International returns and shipping costs are not covered or reimbursed.
- Returns must be processed through the respective retailer if purchased from a third party.
- Damaged or defective items can be returned according to Nobol's Warranty Policy.
Refunds:
- Notification of receipt and approval or rejection of returns via email.
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Exchanges:
- Items can be replaced if defective or damaged.
- Exchanges can be requested by emailing cs@nobol.com.
Shipping:
- Products are shipped within 2-3 business days using USPS and FedEx.
- Returns should be mailed to 18 Technology Drive, Suite 125, Irvine, California, 92618.
- Return shipping costs are covered for the US (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) and deducted from refunds for international returns.
- Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on location.
