30-Day Return Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return the product for a full refund back to the original payment method.
  • Request return by emailing cs@nobol.com with your order number.
  • A return label will be provided for return requests from customers within the U.S. (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
  • International returns and shipping costs are not covered or reimbursed.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition with all original packaging and accessories.

Refunds

  • A refund will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
  • You will be notified via email when the refund has been processed
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Third-Party Purchases

  • Returns must be processed through the respective retailer if purchased from a third party.
  • Returns will ONLY be accepted if the product was purchased at Nobol.com.

Purchases made during promotions are subject to the following terms:

  • Request return by emailing cs@nobol.com with your order number.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Items purchased during promotional periods have a 15-day return period from the date of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for individual items in a promotional kit or bundle.
  • A $30 handling/shipping fee for returns of items purchased during promotions will be deducted from the refund.
  • International returns and shipping costs are not covered or reimbursed.
